Job Descriptions

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends. - Collaborate with various departments to align business strategies. - Prepare financial forecasts and budget plans. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. - Present reports and recommendations to senior management. - Manage daily scheduling of manpower and tools allocation to ensure optimal use of resources. - Plan and manage manpower and tool planning, including investment and cost analysis. - Conduct feasibility studies for particular projects to ensure competitiveness among other competitors. - Ensure and track the progress of assigned projects against plan to achieve all aspects of projects, including Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale (QCDSM). - Undertake any assignments as required by senior management to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in strategic planning or corporate strategy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Oil &Gas and Petrochemical Thai market and business environment.
Experience in the technology or consulting industry.
Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
