Job Descriptions

1. Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software functionality, performance, and user experience. 2. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify critical test scenarios. 3. Automate repetitive test cases using industry-leading tools to improve efficiency and coverage. 4. Proactively identify, document, and track software defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. 5. Continuously research and implement best practices in software testing to enhance our testing processes and methodologies. 6. Provide regular status updates and detailed test reports to management and stakeholders. 7. Mentor and train junior members of the testing team to develop their skills and expertise.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
Proficient in writing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, and analyzing test results.
Hands-on experience with popular testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, and Junit/
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.
Experience in the Information & Communication Technology industry, particularly in the Testing & Quality Assurance domain, is highly desirable.
