Key Responsibilities: - Administration and further development of the company's own server and network infrastructure (installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance). - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. - Manage and maintain virtual machines, containers, and other cloud computing resources. - Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the company's cloud platform to ensure high availability and stability. - Manage and Maintain security, system and storage backup (NAS, IP Storage), and recovery strategies. - Write and maintain documentation and scripts related to operations and maintenance. - Analysis, solution-orientated processing and documentation of problems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of engineered solutions. - Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders and user as needed. - Collaborate with the development team on system deployments and upgrades.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science or Information Technology
At least 5 years of practical work experience, preferably in network and system administration and/or IT support Technology, and system integration for Windows, Linux operating system
Strong knowledge or experience in the areas of IT network and server/client administration
Familiar with Windows Server and Client Operating Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP Networks, Routing, Switching
Background in VMWare Vsphere, Hyper-V, Veeam Backup, Microsoft Office, Fortinet, Linux, PostgreSQL, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Virtualization
Background in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with hardware specification and sizing
Solid networking background in TCP/IP, LAN and WLAN
Proficiency with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and their maintenance.
Keen to learn new things and further develop yourself.
Accurate and detail-oriented working style
High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issue.
