Job Descriptions
Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Assistant Manager at LGE (LG Electronics) •Operations & Logistics – Manage deliveries, optimize routes, and monitor KPIs •Team Leadership – Train, assign roles, and lead the delivery team •Customer Service – Ensure satisfaction and resolve delivery issues •Technology & Improvement – Utilize tech tools and data analytics •Budget & Cost Management – Control expenses and negotiate contracts •Compliance & Safety – Ensure regulations and safety standards are met
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  2. Fluent in English
  3. Experience in 5+ years in last-mile delivery/logistics/supply chain (Must)
  4. Strong team management and decision-making skills.
  5. Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools.
  6. Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
