Job Descriptions
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support ongoing business expansion. Understand the specific needs and objectives of each key client, ensuring alignment with the company’s products and services. Explore opportunities for growth within existing accounts to boost revenue. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of solutions tailored to customer requirements. Monitor key account performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with strategic insights. Negotiate agreements and contracts to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor strategies to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field. Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager or in a comparable sales role, ideally within the FMCG industry. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation tactics.
  2. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and negotiation tactics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
