Job Descriptions
- The Executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments,
meetings, conferences, etc.
- To prepare and screen the documents to get approval
- To answer phone calls and assign work to related departments, as
well as to follow up those tasks
- To get involved, communicate and coordinate with internal
departments
- To summarize a minute and ensure with attendees
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by MD
Qualifications
- Female
- 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Active, enthusiastic personality; ability to handle urgent and complex tasks with Executive Level of the company
- Ability to take fast and effective action for assignment
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
