Job Descriptions
Job responsibilities
1. Cooperate to complete business needs, prepare from multiple dimensions of people, machines, materials, methods, and environment to ensure normal production in the production workshop;
2. Combined with production needs, accurately control the work of personnel, operation process, quality, delivery time, etc.;
3. Timely discover and correct various operational errors in the production process to improve efficiency and quality
4. Organize morning meetings, arrange work for production personnel, and evaluate employee performance;
5. Do a good job in the factory's 6S daily management, personnel management and team building, continuously improve team cohesion, and ensure that the production team is professional, efficient, united, and has strong execution;
6. Regularly organize and analyze abnormalities and delivery issues in production to ensure effective implementation of improvement measures;
7. Cooperate to complete the analysis of customer complaints and major abnormalities; complete factory affairs related work;
8. Cooperate to achieve various production indicators; weekly, monthly and annual production status reports;
9. Actively implement various tasks arranged by the company headquarters;
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
1.สนับสนุนและดำเนินการตามความต้องการของฝ่ายผลิต โดยเตรียมความพร้อมในทุกด้าน ได้แก่ บุคลากร, เครื่องจักร, วัสดุ, กระบวนการ และสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
2.ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการทุกขั้นตอนของการผลิต (บุคลากร, กระบวนการผลิต, คุณภาพ, กำหนดส่งมอบ ฯลฯ) ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
3.ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดในกระบวนการผลิตอย่างทันท่วงที เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์
4.จัดการประชุมช่วงเช้า, วางแผนงานและมอบหมายงานให้กับพนักงาน, รวมถึงการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน
5.ดูแลและดำเนินการจัดการ 6S ในโรงงาน, บริหารทีมงาน และเสริมสร้างความสามัคคีในทีม เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทีมงานมีความเป็นมืออาชีพ, มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง
6.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
Qualifications
- College degree or above, major in mechanical or electronic science and engineering
- Familiar with office software and ERP software
- Able to work overtime; positive, proactive, responsible, and obey the arrangements of superiors
- More than 3 years of work experience in large-scale electronics factory management
- Priority will be given to those who know Chinese or English;
- Take good electrostatic protection when entering the work area.
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ อนุปริญญาขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และ ERP Software
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้, มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก, มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชาได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน ในตำแหน่งบริหารจัดการการผลิตในโรงงานอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ขนาดใหญ่ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- หากสามารถ สื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษ ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการ ป้องกันไฟฟ้าสถิต (ESD) ในพื้นที่ทำงาน
