Job Descriptions
1.Project Management: •Manage all designated projects to meet overall company sales targets. •Assist with effective Program Management and other tasks as assigned by the program manager and superior. 2.Request for Quote (RFQ) Process: •Handle the RFQ process, including obtaining the Bill of Materials (BOM), entering data into the system, specification clarification, and proposing quotations for management review. •Formalize and submit quotations to customers, followed by diligent follow-up. 3.Sales Order (SO) Management: •Receive Purchase Orders (PO) from customers and register/update them into the SAP system. •Organize kickoff meetings for new POs with internal teams to define shipment dates and ensure alignment with customers and internal teams. •Monitor and update any changes to shipment plans, ensuring timely sales revenue and payment receipt. 4.Customer Relations: •Establish rapport and maintain constant communication with customers. •Coordinate customer visits or visits to customers, ensuring smooth delivery and future project liaison. •Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving feedback and expectations. 5.Project Transfer: •Lead the transfer team for new projects and ensure successful transition into in-house manufacturing. •Oversee the installation and commissioning of equipment at customer sites. 6.Sales Forecasting: •Provide sales projections and forecasts to the program manager. 7.Market Intelligence: •Gather and report business information about customers, competitors, and industries to the program manager. 8.Quality and Compliance: •Follow and support ISO, 6S, and all company activities and policies. •Investigate customer complaints and coordinate prompt corrective actions with various departments. 9.Team Coordination: •Provide leadership and organizational skills to coordinate activities across various groups. 10.Technical Support: •Work with customers on spare parts requirements and technical service sup Working day: Mon - Fri , 8:00 - 17:30
Qualifications
  1. Male, Female
  2. Age 25 years old or above
  3. Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering or else fields but experiences in both Manufacturing and Business Administration
  4. Preferable 1-2 years working experiences in Program/Project Management and RFQ of contract manufacturing (CM) projects and/or detailed engineering design (DED) projects for equipment until full machines system integration for automated production or electronics product manufacturer.
  5. Willing to communicate in technical subject and business subject.
  6. Able to write and communicate fluently in English.
  7. Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
  8. SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
  9. Willing to travel. Mostly are in the central of Thailand area.
