Job Descriptions
- Oversee and control the production department to ensure Safety,Quality,Productivity. - Lead and develop the production team to understand and align with the company's strategic direction - Develop and implement production plans and quality that are consistent with the company's goals - Production costs and delivery times - Monitor and control production costs to ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. - Solve production problems, provide necessary internal and external support, and determine guidelines for problem resolution - Control operations in accordance with the company's Environmental policy (ISO 14001), Quality policy (IATF 16949) - and other related policies
Qualifications
  1. Male age between 38 - 42 years old.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major IE, ME, EE or related filed.
  3. Experience in 5 Years up in Lean System, Kaizen, Improvement.
  4. Knowledge of Welding and Assembly process (advantage).
  5. Good communication & Human relation.
  6. Good communication in English.
  7. Management skill and good personality.
