Job Descriptions
-Responsible for plan of quality continuous improvement and manage the calibration and measurement. -Organize to investigate, check, co-ordinate and solve various quality problem. -Responsible for product quality, workmanship quality and service quality check and co-ordination. -Organize the training of quality inspector, measurement people periodically, enhance quality concept and achieve total quality management. -Customer feedback and complaint handle investigate the root cause and drive for corrective and preventive actions. -NPI quality control, to follow the actual process quality. -Create a universal inspection standard; and follow the implementation. -Responsible for product reliability and responsible for QMS implementation and effectiveness. -Finished goods final release based on defined quality criteria and handle any product related nonconformity. -Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years relative work experienced
  2. Bachelor degree or above, the science and engineering is preferential
  3. Proficient working knowledge of Quality system
  4. Good command of English both written and spoken.
  5. Strong cross-functional team building skills.
