Job Descriptions1、Establish and maintain positive employee relations; handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes in compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies;
2、Promote employee satisfaction initiatives and communication mechanisms to enhance employee engagement.
3、Employee Life cycle Management (On boarding – Internal Transfer – Promotion – Separation)
4、Handle end-to-end HR operational processes including on boarding, transfers, position changes, and off boarding, ensuring documentation accuracy and system updates;
5、Guide line managers in following proper procedures and provide compliance-related advice. Support Labor Contracts and Policy Compliance with HQ HR department & legal team.
6、Support internal communication needs from the Chinese headquarters or Chinese-speaking management, including translation and policy communication when necessary.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in employee relations or HR operations;
- Familiar with Thai labor laws and employment regulations, with hands-on experience;
- Proficient in handling employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfer, promotion, exit);
- Fluent in Chinese, with good communication and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Chinese enterprises or multinational companies is a plus.
