- ทำงานเวลา 8.00 – 17.00 น. ทุกวันจันทร์ถึงวันศุกร์ ยกเว้นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ - บริหารและดูแลการทำงานของทีม เพื่อให้การทำงานของระบบบริหารจัดการระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Management Platform) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานองค์กร - จัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา บำรุงรักษาระบบบริหารจัดการระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Management Platform) เบื้องต้นในกรณีเมื่อพบปัญหา - วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคที่ได้จากการตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบหรือรับแจ้งจาก CMP Administrator ผู้ใช้งานหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และหากไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้แจ้ง ผู้ให้บริการระบบคลาวด์ และผู้อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น  - ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับระบบบริหารจัดการระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Management Platform) แก่เจ้าหน้าที่/หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และผู้ใช้งาน - สนับสนุนการวางแผนและพัฒนาแนวทางการทำงานของระบบบริหารจัดการระบบคลาวด์ (Cloud Management Platform) เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร - รับผิดชอบงานตามที่ บมจ. โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ มอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย หรือ หญิง อายุ 22 ปี ขึ้นไป  
  2. ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือ โทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีความรู้ด้าน Cloud, Server, System, Network หรือด้านอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง  
  4. มีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี ด้าน Cloud, Server, System, Network, Cloud Management Platform ,web server หรือด้านอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
