Job Descriptions
- Handle all imported goods. (raw materials/ parts/ complete vehicles) - Contact the domestic exporter’s purchasing department/ logistics about customs clearance information. - Contact the warehouse logistics clerk and follow the delivery plan. - Arrange customs clearance with local freight forwarders in Thailand and track customs clearance status every day. - Translate imported goods from Chinese to Thai. - Confirm the import customs code and all documents required for customs clearance, invoice, packing list, bill of lading Certificate of Origin FORM E, D - Record the import ledger every day. - Confirm and control local expenses in Thailand. - Prepare audit report/work process.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
  2. Being able to communicate in English or Chinese is a must.
  3. strong communication, documentation, learning, teamwork and logic
