Job Descriptions
- ดูแลระบบ Access Card ของอาคารทั้งหมด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อภายในบริษัท
- รับโทรศัพท์ รับเรื่อง และโอนสายไปยังหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของอาคาร ห้องประชุม
- อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ปฎิบัติงาน: จันทร์ - ศุกร์ 9.00 - 18.00 น.
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้
- จบใหม่หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Receptionist
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
- สามารถใช้ MS Excel ในการทำข้อมูลได้ (Pivot, VLOOKUP up)
