Job Descriptions
We are looking for a skilled and responsible 3D Scanning Operator / Survey Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating geodetic equipment and be capable of working with 3D scanning devices and data processing software. This role involves fieldwork, data collection, (maybe also processing 3D models for architectural and landscape projects) Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain 3D scanning equipment (terrestrial laser scanners, drones, lidar etc.). - Perform field surveys using total stations, GPS/GNSS, laser,lidar scanners. - Collect and process geospatial data (point clouds, topography, elevations). - Work with software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar to process and analyze data. - Ensure accuracy and quality of measurements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers. - Travel to various project sites as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience with surveying instruments (total stations, GNSS, laser scanners).
  2. Experience with 3D scanning technology and point cloud processing
  3. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS software, or similar platforms.
  4. Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
  5. Good communication skills in English (basic level minimum).
  6. Driver's license is a plus.
  7. Thai nationality preferred, but open to other candidates with relevant experience.
