Job Descriptions
Position Summary This role has the responsibility for the provision of services to Backhaul & Domestics, Cross border, Haulage or External customer that required and control service to achieve KPI committed or our contractual commitments to our customers. Job Accountabilities Operational •Manage, communicate, work, control transport to ensure that any transaction is correct in quantity and quality, according to work instruction. •Daily / Weekly / Monthly performance reporting. •Control transport to good performance and achieve the KPI committed. •Keep track and improve transport operation to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency. •Cooperate implementation of new service, customer with related team. •Controlling, giving advice, and solving problems for the team to improve the service. •Develop the potential of personnel to have expertise and work efficiently. •Others transport or project assignments as directed. Safety •Control all incidents and corrective action reports. •Random drug & alcohol testing for external customer. •Participate where required in the resolution of safety issues.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Logistics Management, or any related fields.
  2. 3 - 5 years’ work experience about transport services in management level.
  3. Good command of written and spoken English.
  4. Leadership Skills, Good interpersonal, communication and excellent negotiating skills.
