รายละเอียดงาน We are looking to hire skilled Sr.Quality Engineer Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes: Create and maintain procedures to ensure products meet industry standards. Product Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests on windsurfing and surfing equipment to identify defects or areas for improvement. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and manage the quality of materials and components from suppliers.(IQE) Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality control processes, test results, and corrective actions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into product development and manufacturing. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Experience in Quality Engineer for 3 years and above.
Understand in Quality System ISO 9001, TS16949, Lean manufacturing, etc.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control software and tools, and knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Must be able to have English skill.
