**About Us** Bristol Language School is a leading English language school in Bangkok and Chiang Mai , dedicated to providing high-quality language education to students of all ages. We offer a dynamic learning environment with experienced teachers and innovative programs. To support our growth, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students (local and international). - Manage digital marketing, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), SEO, email campaigns, and online ads. - Oversee sales strategies, including lead generation, follow-ups, and enrollment conversions. - Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and agencies to promote courses. - Organize promotional events, open houses, and education fairs - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust campaigns. - Prepare sales reports and track KPIs (conversion rates, student enrollment, ROI). - Collaborate with academic staff to align marketing with course offerings.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  2. Min 2+ years experience in marketing/sales, preferably in education or language schools
  3. Strong digital marketing skills (social media, Google Ads, SEO, content creation)
  4. Excellent communication & negotiation skills(English fluency required; Thai is a plus)
  5. Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow customer base
  6. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
