Job Descriptions
(1) Responsible for formulating production plans (monthly/weekly/daily plans) based on sales orders or customer needs.
(2) Responsible for arranging production schedules to ensure that production capacity matches order requirements.
(3) Responsible for coordinating various departments (such as procurement, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.) to achieve production targets.
(4) Responsible for calculating the demand for raw materials and semi-finished products to ensure timely supply of materials.
(5) Responsible for coordinating with the purchasing department to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
(6) Responsible for tracking the actual progress of the production line to ensure compliance with the schedule.
(7) Responsible for regular reporting of production status (such as daily and weekly reports).
(8) Responsible for the planning and scheduling of manpower, equipment, and venues.
(9) Responsible for using ERP to maintain production-related BOM tables, work orders, etc.
(10) Responsible for monitoring material inventory levels and making procurement or transfer recommendations.
Qualifications
- Female 25-35 Year Old
- ฺBachelor's degree Related fields
- More than 3 years of experience in production planning in an electronics factory.
- Those with experience in electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, etc. are preferred.
- Those with experience in MRP (material requirements planning) are preferred.
- Those with experience in setting up safety stock and handling obsolete materials will be given priority.
- Those with experience in using ERP (such as SAP, Oracle, Dingxin) or MES system will be given priority.
- Those with experience in optimizing production processes (such as reducing line change time and improving utilization rate) will be given priority.
