Job Descriptions
Develop and maintain robust relationships with assigned customer accounts. Understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and offer tailored AWS solutions. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Act as the primary point of contact for customer communications and manage customer escalations effectively. Coordinate with solution architects, technical support, and AWS representatives to provide comprehensive solutions. Prepare and deliver business reviews, proposals, presentations, and quotations. Maintain accurate and timely forecasts and reporting in CRM systems. Continuously enhance knowledge of AWS solutions, services, and market trends.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. 0 - 5 Years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  3. Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas and customer satisfaction goals. (if possible)
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.
  6. Good English.
  7. Experience working in or with AWS Partner companies. is a plus
  8. Strong professional network within the cloud computing or IT industries. is a plus
  9. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate). is a plus
