Job Descriptions
Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer loyalty. Identify, develop, and execute business plans for key accounts, aligning closely with customer business objectives. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive account planning and sales execution. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and effectively manage complex sales cycles. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers and sales teams. Collaborate with AWS representatives, technical teams, and solution architects to deliver comprehensive cloud solutions. Deliver insightful business reviews, presentations, and strategic proposals to executive-level customers. Monitor industry trends, AWS product developments, and competitive landscapes to leverage opportunities effectively. Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline development, and utilize CRM for reporting.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in senior account management, sales leadership, or business development within the cloud computing domain, particularly AWS.
  3. Demonstrable success in managing large, strategic customer accounts and achieving significant revenue growth.
  4. Comprehensive understanding of AWS services, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions.
  5. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  7. Strategic mindset, analytical skills, and proven problem-solving capabilities.
  8. AWS certifications is a plus
  9. Prior experience in leading or mentoring sales and account management teams.
