Job Descriptions
The Wire Harness Quality Supervisor will oversee and ensure the production of high-quality wire harnesses. This role is responsible for implementing quality standards, supervising the quality control team, and driving process improvements to maintain and enhance production quality. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the quality control team and monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products - Implement and maintain compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, and other relevant certifications - Develop and execute quality testing procedures for wire harness assemblies. - Identify and address quality issues, including defect analysis and corrective actions. - Train and develop quality control staff to ensure knowledge of quality standards and best practices. - Prepare and present quality reports and documentation to management. - Maintain records of quality audits and inspections.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
  2. 3+ years of experience in wire harness production, quality control, or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of quality assurance tools and standards.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficiency in quality management software and tools
