Job Descriptions
• Research potential supplier.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Import and export goods.
• Review quality of purchased products with quality department.
• Enter order details into internal ERP.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper storage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent comprehension.
- 2 years of working experience.
- Proficient in computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and ERP systems.
- Enjoy working in small teams.
