Job Descriptions
1. To be window overseas with I.T. department head office at Turkey.
2. Support the users at Japan and Thailand..
3. Server Monitoring (File Server / Database Server / Mail Server / Proxy Server, Firewall, WLAN, Access Point / Data backup).
4. Network Monitoring (Internet/ VPN / VMWare / Switching / Load Balancing).
5. Operation System (MS Windows 2003, 2003 R2, 2008 R2, 2012 Server, MS Windows XP,MS Windows 10 and up).
6. Barcode system setup..
7. IP Telephone & CCTV support and high security.
8. Support all infrastructure & Help Desk Support for Users.
9. Programming VB.net, MS SQL Server, SAP system.
10. Diagnosing, Maintenance and solving computer software and hardware.
11. Computer Maintenance (PM).
12. Budget plan and control.
13. ISO Document Support (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
14. PDPA for I.T. and understanding ISO 27001.
15. Open PR to purchase hardware and software etc.
1. Computer skill : MS Windows (Server, Clients), MS Office, MS Visio, MS SQL Server Management system, MS Visual.net, Crystal report, ERP (SAP) and etc.2. In this position will interview by English with foreigner Management. Because this job will contact and support with oversea plant also.
Qualifications
- Male / Age 28-35 Years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Prefer to have least 2 year experience working as an IT support role.
- Must have knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2016 Active Directory, Microsoft office, desktop/laptop hardware and some basic network troubleshooting.
- Very good in English (Writing, Listening, Communicate). TOEIC 550 up.
- Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative, diligence and patience.
- High skill to problem solving and negotiate.
