Job Descriptions
1.Invoice Creation and Distribution: Generate and send invoices to customers
2.Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to remind them of overdue payments, answer billing inquiries
3.Aging Reports: Track overdue accounts and follow up with customers
4.Reconciliation: Ensure that the accounts receivable records are accurate
5.Reporting: Prepare reports on outstanding receivables
Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Good command in English
- Familiar with computer skills ex. Excel, Power bi Power point
- Service mind and Good teamwork
