Job Descriptions
•วิเคราะห์ผลการสำรวจตลาดในภาพรวม
•กำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านการตลาด กลุ่มเป้าหมาย แนวคิดโครงการ แนวคิดผลิตภัณฑ์ และ Product Mix
•รวบรวมและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการใช้งบประมาณ
•ปรับกลยุทธ์การตลาดให้ทันกับการแข่งขันและรายการส่งเสริมการขาย
•กำหนดราคาขายรายแปลงและ Suggestion Price รายแปลงให้สอดคล้องกับ Project Value
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขา การตลาด , อสังหาริมทรัพย์ , บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาใกล้เคียง
- มีประสบการณ์การตลาดในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์การตลาด แนวราบ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้านการตลาด
