Job Descriptions
1. Assist in the transfer of relevant products from Xiamen factory to Thailand for production;
2. Team production management;
3. Provide training to team members on systems, work instructions, production skills, and other related aspects.
Qualifications
- High school, vocational school or above education;
- Two years or more of factory production management experience; Having a strong sense of quality; automotive industrial experience preferred.
- Able to read some of English or Chinese work instruction (not a must);
- Familiar with basic office software usage;
- Able to adapt to short to medium term business trips between Xiamen and Thailand, and able to go to Xiamen factory for 1-3 months of training.
