Job DescriptionsWe are seeking a capable HR Administrator (Supervisor Level) to join our team and provide comprehen-sive support to our Human Resources team.
Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, en-suring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective organizational communication. Your atten-tion to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.
This position is open to Thai nationals only. Fluent English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and update a database of all employee profiles, contracts and time attendant reports with key information for all employees.
•Assist the recruitment process by publishing job ads, scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed as well as job offering and preparing HR-related reports.
•Provide employee onboarding to new employees
•Liaise with social security, workmen compensation, training and laws and regulations.
•Ensuring, maintaining and updating all employee benefits; Group Health insurance, Group Per-sonal Accident, Provident Funds, Uniform etc.
•Ensure calendar and process for completing probationary employee performance evaluations, track and notify team leaders to ensure that policies and procedures are followed to the compa-ny’s Policy Manual.
•Provide general support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries
•Support Employee Engagement initiatives and activities such as Team Building, Training, Staff party etc.
•Assist with HR administrative tasks as direct manager requires, ensuring smooth operations with-in the HR department.
