Job DescriptionsWe are seeking a capable IT Specialist. You are the central point of contact for complex IT faults and play a key role in ensuring stable IT operations. You will support the company by optimising and further developing the IT systems, particularly in the area of Microsoft 365. Good English skills as well as strong communication skills are a must.
This position is open to Thai nationals only. Fluent English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
System administration & rollout: Administrative support and optimisation of the M365 environment as well as organisation and implementation of various company-wide rollouts.
Project work: Collaboration on exciting IT projects to further develop the company's IT; if you already have experience in project management or would like to develop further in this area, we offer you a great basis.
IT support: Processing faults and queries relating to hardware and software in the client area (e.g. Windows, MacOS) as well as analysing and rectifying IT faults to sustainably improve the IT environment.
Documentation & optimisation: Creation and maintenance of documentation for standard processes and resolved IT incidents as well as continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows.
Training/studies: You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a comparable specialisation or, alternatively, have successfully completed training as an IT specialist.
Professional experience: You have initial professional experience in IT support or in a comparable position and would like to expand your knowledge.
