Job Descriptions
We are seeking a capable Office Administrator to integral and maintaining the smooth operations and provide comprehensive administrative tasks for office support. This position is open to Thai nationals and fluent English is a must Key Responsibilities: •Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equip-ment and ensuring a well-organized workspace. •Coordinate all office facility maintenance and repairs. •Maintain a clean and organized office environment. •Assist and coordinate all office and HR activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy •Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and the management team Including providing administrative support and follow up/make sure of hotel pick up and mak-ing reservations for the accommodations to be completed as assigned •Handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, parcel packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence •Support bookkeeping for the company •Create and update databases and record suppliers information, personnel and other data •Track and replace office supplies as necessary •Other tasks assigned by the Manager and assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality only. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. Fluent English skills as well as strong communication skills are a must.
  3. 5+ years of experience in the role
  4. Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
  5. Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
  6. Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
  7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
  8. Good organizational and time management skills
  9. Detail-oriented and hands-on to prioritize tasks
  10. Flexible to work and in response to changing needs
  11. Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation in handling all assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  12. Passion and positive relationships to help the team to achieve increased productivity, loyalty and dedication of employees
  13. Basic knowledge and understanding of HR will be an advantage
