Job Descriptions

•Parts & Accessories Provide auto spare parts service. to be used in repair work and sold to customers •Store, disburse and control the stock of auto spare parts in the warehouse. •and prepare stock reports of auto spare parts in the warehouse daily and monthly. •Ordering and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of car parts. together with various departments related both inside and outside the service center •Help to check the price of spare parts for both internal and external garages. Sell spare parts to outside garages •Check stock of all Lotus parts. •Direct contract to Lotus Parts Department in UK and China. •Works with the technician and Service manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs. •Answering phone calls, providing retail prices and further information enquired by customers and the service department •Update/inform customers when special ordered parts have been received if parts are ordered directly with the parts department and to arrange for collection •Attending to our technicians and all other customers’ inquiries and requests for spare parts at the counter •To raise parts ordering request forms for customers’ cars as requested by service advisors/technicians via our DMS •Monitor and ensure timely ordering and delivery of special parts or back ordered parts •Responsible for stock control and replenishment of spare parts and minimize obsolescence •Plan and conduct quarterly and annually stock take (inventory count) •Ensures that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory. •To carry our other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management •Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or relevant field.
3-6 years’ Experience in Parts Warehouse or good knowledge of car components, accessories and parts pricing are a plus.
Proficient in inventory systems, record keeping and details recording.
Good command of computer literacy
Strong interpersonal skills and A positive attitude.
Able to communicate in English
