Responsibilities: Plant Infrastructure Management Oversee and maintain plant infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation. Manage utilities (electricity, water, air conditioning, wastewater treatment). Machinery Maintenance & Repair Plan and execute maintenance to keep machines operational. Install, test, and optimize new machinery. Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans to reduce downtime. Safety & Compliance Ensure workplace safety meets regulatory standards. Conduct safety training for employees. ERP System Management Oversee and optimize the ERP system to support production and maintenance. Collaborate with IT to improve system efficiency. Process & Production Improvement Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and waste reduction. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Automation & Control Systems Maintain and optimize automated control systems. Work with IT and engineers to develop and improve automation. Team Coordination Collaborate with production, quality control, and management teams. Provide guidance to maintenance teams and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance (experience in a concentrated latex plant is a plus).
Knowledge of plant utilities such as electrical systems, water supply, and wastewater treatment.
Experience with ERP systems and their applications in manufacturing.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or maintenance-related software.
Strong skills in maintenance planning and project management.
Problem-solving skills and experience in team leadership.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a team and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
