Job Descriptions
•Strong focus on HR training & development
•Strengthen HRD team to achieve company policy and goal.
•Work closely with every section and/or department to implement training and development job functions as Career path, Job competency, Career Development, Talent management, Succession plan and etc.
•Ensure employee knowledge, skills and work competences are being developed by proper training courses.
Qualifications
- Male/Female.
- 23 years old and above.
- Bachelor degree or above in any field
- Having 1-3 year experience in Training and Development Function or a similar role
- Good personality, presentation and communication skills, excellent working attitude and mature personality.
- Able to communicate in English. (Japanese Language will be advantage)
- Able to work in Amata City Industrial Estate, Pluak Daeng, Rayong.
