รายละเอียดงาน
1. ดูแลการให้ข้อมูล ปิดการขาย และตอบปัญหากับลูกค้าทางช่องทางออนโลน์ของบริษัท (Facebook, Line Official, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
2. รับข้อติชมจากลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
3. ประสานงานหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายในบริษัท เพื่อแก้ปัญหา และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ลูกค้า
4. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- วุฒิ ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีความชำนาญการใช้ Internet และ Social Media cinง ๆ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์สื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ใช้ภาษาไทยได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- ขยัน ใจเย็น รักงานบริการ
