Job Descriptions
- Helpdesk (Computer Maintenance, Windows & Software Installation, CCTV Configuration, IT Troubleshooting) - Server & Network Control (Network Configuration, AD Management, DHCP, VPN, KAV Management etc.) - Email Supporting (Email account configure and troubleshooting) - IT Document Control, Monitoring & Following-up - Backup & Restore Data - Check, fix, repair computer equipment, hardware, software and network systems. - Contact and coordinate with both internal and external agencies. - Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male / female, age not more than 30 years (male who has passed military service)
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields
  3. At least 3 years of experience in IT Support
  4. Have knowledge and maintain of Server & Network, Internet, Security systems and CCTV
  5. Able to use computer MS-Office, AUTO CAD well.
  6. Communicate in English or Japanese will be advantage.
  7. Able to drive with driving’s licensed
