Job Descriptions
Position: Qualified Thai Lawyer Company: Palm Construction Co., Ltd. Location: Bangkok or Koh Samui preferred (Remote work within Thailand will be considered) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications Palm Construction Co., Ltd. is currently seeking a qualified Thai lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-orientated, and possess strong cross-functional legal experience to support the company’s local and international operations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and counsel directly to the General Counsel - Draft and review bilingual (Thai-English) contracts and legal documents - Handle matters related to intellectual property prosecution and administrative actions - Advise on and manage labor and employment issues - Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters - Provide legal support in civil and criminal proceedings - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations We offer a professional working environment with opportunities for career development. Qualifications
  1. Female candidates in their 20s or 30s are strongly encouraged to apply
  2. Based in Bangkok or Koh Samui (remote work from other locations within Thailand may be considered)
  3. Thai national
  4. Licensed to practice law and appear before courts and tribunals in Thailand
  5. Minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification legal experience
  6. Fluent in Thai and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
  7. Strong background in contract drafting and corporate legal advisory
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
