Job Descriptions
• บันทึกข้อมูลการรับสายโทรเข้า-โทรออก และให้คำปรึกษาในระบบฐานข้อมูล ของระบบเครื่องรูดบัตรเครดิต
• ให้คำปรึกษา หรือแนะนำวิธีการใช้งาน ให้กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์
• ทำงานเป็นกะ เช้า บ่าย ดึก ทำงานสับดาห์ละ 5 วันหยุด 2 วัน หมุนเวียนตามตารางกะ
• รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า ตอบปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการใช้งานโปรแกรม การติดตั้งเครื่องรูดบัตรเครดิต (Help desk)
• สามารถรับแรงกดดันจากลูกค้าได้ พูดจาฉะฉานและชัดเจน มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Helpdesk หรือ Call center หรือ ทักษะทางระบบคอมพิวเตอร์จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
- ทำงานในสำนักงานได้ ทำงานรับสายลูกค้าได้
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
