Job Descriptions1. Responsible for HR-related activities at the Thailand factory.
2. Follow up on and implement recruitment efforts to meet the company's manpower needs.
3. Organize and coordinate internal and external training resources to ensure effective training process control and results follow-up.
4. Responsible for personnel management for all employees, including but not limited to personnel file and contract management, and reviewing and handling personnel processes such as onboarding, regularization, transfers, promotions, resignations, social security, and housing provident fund management.
5. Oversee attendance, payroll processing, performance evaluations, employee annual health check arrangements, and satisfaction surveys.
6. Responsible for all personnel coordination between the Thailand factory and the Kunshan factory in China.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
