Job Descriptions1. Responsible for Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) at the Thailand factory.
2. Responsible for EHS-related external communications, including environmental impact assessments, occupational health assessments, safety assessments, and the three simultaneities, etc.
3. Collect laws and regulations related to the environment and occupational health and safety, and conduct compliance assessments.
4. Conduct professional training, awareness campaigns, and education on environmental and occupational health and safety, as well as planning for emergency response and preparedness drills.
5. Responsible for organizing the identification of environmental factors and hazards, as well as coordinating the prevention and control of associated pollution and risks.
6. Responsible for supervising the management of waste, chemicals, water pollution, energy resources, PPE, in-plant transportation, EHS labeling, and related areas.
7. Organize monitoring and measurement of environmental and occupational health and safety factors.
8. Responsible for supervising the management of special equipment, fire safety, lockout/tagout, mechanical protection, electrical safety, hazardous operations, contractor safety, confined spaces, and industrial accident prevention.
9. Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of environmental and occupational health and safety codes of conduct.
10. Conduct on-site supervision and inspections, identify hidden hazards, and implement verification measures.
11. Other tasks assigned by manager.
