Job Descriptions
1. รับเรื่องร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและหาทางแก้ไขตามนโยบายของบริษัท
2. อัปเดตข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และขั้นตอนการทํางานของบริษัท เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้ดีขึ้น
3. คอยช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในปัญหาด้านอื่นๆ เช่นติดตามขนส่ง Claim สินค้า
4. ประสานงานกับทีมหลังการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ดูแลทีม Customer Service
6. รายงานผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
7. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- มีความสามารถทาง ภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ ภาษาจีน
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- สามารถประสานงานและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีประสบการ์ในการทำงาน Admin, Customer Service, Sale Service อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถทำงาน 5 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ และทำงานเป็นกะได้
- รักงานบริการ รักในการแก้ไขปัญหา และช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ละเอียด รอบครอบ
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี และมี Can-do Attitude
- ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
