Duties & Responsibilities: •Perform work in BLC (Building Life Care Department) Department •General works of site supervision and construction management responsibility •Related documentation and report •Daily report to superior via both verbal and digital communication •Interface and coordinate with clients •Coordinate with subcontractors •Contact Authority for permit issue •Ability in cost control •Other task as assigned Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Male Gender
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other related fields
Has computer skills, MS Project, MS Office (Especially MS Excel)
At least 5 years’ experience as Civil Engineer from construction field
Direct experience in Structure, Home Building, Civil construction
Conversational English *email and document *sometimes report to JP Director
Have driving license
