Job Descriptions
1. Tech Strategy & Leadership• ออกแบบ Technology Roadmap ให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Goals• วางแผนและจัดการ System Architecture ทั้ง Frontend, Backend, Cloud และ Data Infrastructure• ประเมินและตัดสินใจเลือก Tech Stack ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับ Web & Mobile App• ควบคุมการพัฒนาระบบ ทั้งที่พัฒนาเอง (In-house) และให้ Outsource• นำแนวทาง Agile Development, DevOps, CI/CD มาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน 2. System Development & Performance Optimization• พัฒนาและดูแล Web, Mobile App และ Internal System ให้เสถียร ปลอดภัย และรองรับการขยายตัวของธุรกิจ• ควบคุมคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์ (Code Review, Testing, Security, Performance Optimization)• วิเคราะห์และพัฒนาการใช้งาน AI, Machine Learning หรือ Automation ในระบบ• ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบ API & Data Integration เชื่อมต่อกับแพลตฟอร์มอื่น ๆ 3. UX/UI, AI และ MarTech Integration• มีความเข้าใจ UX/UI และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับ Designer เพื่อพัฒนา Seamless Customer Experience• นำ AI/ML มาใช้ในการ Predictive Analytics, Customer Personalization และ Process Automation• นำ Marketing Technology (MarTech) เช่น CRM, Chatbot, Retargeting, Marketing Automation มาเสริมการทำงานของระบบ 4. Team Management & Outsource Control• สร้างและบริหาร In-house Development Team รวมถึงวางแผนการจ้าง Outsource / Freelancer• บริหารและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของ Tech Projects• กำหนดและวัดผล Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ของทีมพัฒนา• ให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนา Technical Skill ของทีม
Qualifications
  1. ประสบการณ์ 5+ ปี ในการเป็น Tech Lead / Software Architect / Head of Technology
  2. มีความรู้ด้าน System Architecture, Web & Mobile Development, API, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  3. เชี่ยวชาญใน Frontend (React, Vue, Angular) / Backend (Node.js, Python, Java, Go) / Database (SQL, NoSQL)
  4. มีประสบการณ์ บริหารทีม Developer และจัดการงาน Outsource
  5. มีทักษะ Project Management และ Agile Development
  6. มีความเข้าใจด้าน UX/UI, AI/ML, MarTech และ Digital Experience
  7. Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving และ Decision-Making
