Job Descriptions- Plan and execute the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates suitable for the positions.
- Handle documentation related to new employee hiring, such as employment contracts and other necessary documents.
- Develop and enhance recruitment techniques, tools, and channels, including social media, job boards, recruitment software, and business partnerships.
- Conduct manpower planning to support the organization's growth and mitigate staffing shortages.
- Coordinate with department heads and relevant teams to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Analyze labor market trends to refine and improve recruitment strategies in alignment with business needs.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking activities to expand recruitment opportunities.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment; leadership experience is a plus.
- Good command of English
- Service minded, Very good communication and Interpersonal skills
