· Develop and motivate a high performing team of exceptional engineers, technicians, and leaders in Tiger Powder Coating ’s mission to Powder Coating towards sustainable Powder Coating engineers and technicians which include, but not limited to equipment, controls, process, and maintenance functions · Provide support for new equipment installation, startup, and transition to sustaining with continuous improvement · Build & improve mechanisms to ensure all equipment & processes operate safely, with high availability & accuracy · Develop tactical and strategic direction for direct & skip-level org that delivers business needs

Qualifications

Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in high-volume manufacturing, specializing in automated finishing and coating processes for consumer products
Experience developing and working with functional and aesthetic coating processes, including automotive paint and powder coating
Ability to manage and execute multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, dynamically adjusting priorities to meet changing business needs
Demonstrated experience with automation, robotics, mechanical & controls systems
Hands on experience with lean manufacturing principles
