Job Descriptions
Responsible for the functions of Accounts Receivable – invoice/credit note, miscellaneous receipting, aging review. Process request accordance to Company Policy. Timely response by providing solutions to internal stakeholder and external customer queries. Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner Prepare monthly invoice, AR bank reconciliation reports, statement of accounts and process improvement. Ensure compliance with Company Policies and SSC processes and procedures Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
Qualifications
  1. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Min 2-3 years working experience in the AR especially cash application/collection
  3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards
  4. Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with strict deadlines
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Familiarity with shared service centre operations is preferred
