Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for achievement of sales targets of the local business (RETAIL) 2. Review performance of all store personnel and implement course of action. (provide training; assign duties; explain procedures; participate in hiring and firing) 3. Manage store profitability, review store layout and traffic, display effectiveness, product line contribution, etc. 4. Responsible for development and compliance of store procedures and processes. 5. Recommend business development programs directed at expanding sales area coverage, additional sales channels, sale events and promotional selling areas. 6. Management of daily store operations (RETAIL) 7. Accountable for inventory accuracy (RETAIL) 8. Review store performance, analyze trends and propose promotional efforts to achieve sales targets 9. Responsible for the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of sales forecast, sales plans and strategies, and promotional and incentive programs related to the over-all operation and management of the stores. 10. Provide analyses on industry trends to aid in strategy formulation, provide sales reports for local and regional requirements. 11. Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose. 12. During the course of your duties there will be occasions when the nature of your work will be confidential and under no circumstances may this be discussed within, or outside the office with persons who are not entitled to such information. Breach of this requirement will constitute grounds for immediate disciplinary action or cessation of employment. 13. To be fully compliant with company’s policies and procedures. 14. Notwithstanding the above functions, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management. 15. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Operations Management or any business related course.
  2. At least 5 years previous experience in the same capacity as manager, At least 3 years previous work experience in a retail setting
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Coordinate and communicate clearly between local department heads and regional team.
  5. Highly motivating, strong leadership skills, ability to spot trends, organized in work functions
