Location：Bang Lamung Pattaya Chon Buri Work type ：Full time Pay type ：Monthly Salary Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Marketing -Monitor entertainment trends, viral content, and group live-streaming marketing strategies to optimize live-stream content. -Develop innovative themes, scripts, and interactive formats to boost viewer engagement and retention. -Collaborate closely with hosts and operations teams to refine live-stream strategies, maximizing channel visibility and conversion rates. -Partner with short-video teams to produce high-quality supporting content. Data Analysis & Operations -Track group live-streaming metrics, analyze audience behavior, and refine live-stream tactics. -Coordinate broadcast schedules, content workflows, and resource allocation. -Troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions to ensure smooth and stable broadcasts. Campaign Execution -Assist in planning host vs. host battles (PK challenges) and related campaigns to drive business growth. Qualifications

Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with hosts, teams, and audiences.
Proficiency in English to manage cross-border collaborations.
In-depth knowledge of social media and live-streaming platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Live.
Adaptability in fast-paced environments, with creativity and problem-solving skills to address live-streaming challenges.
Passion for the live-streaming industry, familiarity with multi-host interactive formats (group live-streaming), and awareness of digital content/entertainment trends.
Preferred: Experience in content creation, video production, or digital marketing.
Strong advantage: Prior experience in entertainment-focused group live-streaming operations.
