Job Descriptions
• Handle customer inquiries, request and complaints via multi-channel within Service Level Agreement (SLA) case timeframes in order to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently • Record in detail and accurately customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on real-time basis so that correctness and completed information are up-to-date recored into the company system • Monitor the status of customer issues and provide regular updates until the issues are resolved to ensure complete resolution • Provide advice on product or service usage and offer appropriate solutions to customer issues so that enhance customer understanding of products or services • Provide information on promotions and support marketing campaigns in order to assist and contribute to the company's sales and marketing efforts • Develop positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication in order to foster customer trust and loyalty • Conduct and perform operation tasks in the systems such as INSEE Life to support requests for both internal and external customers within timeline • Perform professional outbound survey such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to support functional request within timeline
Qualifications
  1. New graduate or some experience in customer service, call center or related fields
  2. Good Communication Skills
  3. Multitasking & Problem solving
  4. Fast Learner with using the system
  5. Location can be based both in Column or SRB as per candidate convenience
  6. Work as shift – 5 days holiday 2 days - Start 8 am, 9 am 11 am. (8 hrs per day)
