Job Descriptions

1.Support and coordinator with international traders both in Europe (Germany, Netherlands etc.) and Asia (Japan, China etc.). 2.Overall responsible of the back office operations task concerned with international trade. 3.Check, prepare and book inventory in Navision system. 4.Cross-check sales contracts and invoice from suppliers. 5.Provide report upon request. 6.Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree major in English, Computer, Business Administration or any related field.
Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
At least 2 years experience in a related position with good computer literacy (MS Office, ERP system).
Knowledge of Import-Export process.
Familiar with Navision system will be advantage.
Proactive, positive attitude, and can work under pressure within the timeline.
