Job Summary The Senior Manager, Global HR Business Partner (GHRBP) serves as a key strategic advisor and consultant to Senior/Regional leadership teams, ensuring alignment between Group strategy and local execution. This role drives HR initiatives to enhance talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement and provides guidance to local markets. The GHRBP acts as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned business units/functions, facilitating collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to implement best practices and solutions.  General Responsibilities -Partner with business and functional leaders to develop tailored People strategies that support their business needs, as well as coach them on their leadership  - Partner with GHRBP & Cluster Head to develop, execute and track the People Strategy and Roadmap for BU, in alignment with Business Priorities  - Oversee all talent initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline for global leadership and key roles.  - Develop an action plan to drive engagement and increase manager effectiveness to increase employee engagement and retention  
  • Design content for talent and leadership development and execute or collaborate where necessary - Guide the performance management process, providing coaching and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives, encouraging continuous development and improvement.  - Lead HR-driven change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, mergers, and process optimization, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with stakeholders.  - Partner with HR COE in initiating and improving the effective delivery of HR processes, policies and services for the BU/Functions while integrating and sharing best practices 
  • Qualifications
    1. Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements  
    2. Experience in managing end-to-end transformation projects, including project scoping, execution, and post-implementation monitoring. 
    3. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
    4. Education : Degree in HR or Business Management, combined at least ten years of experience in a business partnering role
    5. Very good project management and change management skills 
    6. Strong business acumen and broad exposure on HR processes and solutions
    7. Able to work independently and in a matrix organization
    8. 10+ years in HR Business Partnering and/or HR-COE roles, preferably with exposure leading cross country teams
