Key responsibilitie • Assist to design, develop, and refine prototype tooling solutions using CAD software and other relevant tools. • Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation for prototype tooling designs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement test tooling designs, ensuring functionality, quality, and compatibility with jewelry manufacturing processes. • Work closely with PE, Sample line, PEx, Prototype printing, Master Maker, Pre-Production and Manufacturing teams to implement and optimize prototype tooling solutions on the production floor. • Register tool drawings type T, M in system EQMS • Prepare material sample, PM, 3D Cast for creating tooling • Support PE project and PE activity หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ • ช่วยออกแบบ, พัฒนา และปรับปรุงโซลูชันเครื่องมือโปรโตไทป์โดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CAD และเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้อง • สร้างแบบแปลนวิศวกรรมและเอกสารรายละเอียดสำหรับการออกแบบเครื่องมือโปรโตไทป์ • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดำเนินเรื่องเอกสารในการออกแบบเครื่องมือเพื่อทดสอบให้มีฟังก์ชันการทำงานที่ดี, มีคุณภาพสูง, และสามารถเข้ากันได้กับกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องประดับ • ทำงานใกล้ชิดกับทีม PE, Sample line, PEx, การพิมพ์โปรโตไทป์, Master Maker, กระบวนการก่อนการผลิต, และทีมการผลิตในการดำเนินการและปรับปรุงเครื่องมือโปรโตไทป์ .• การติดตั้ง/การจองใช้เครื่อง เครื่องมือการออกแบบประเภท T, M ในระบบ EQMS• เตรียมตัวอย่างวัสดุ, PM, 3D Cast สำหรับการสร้างเครื่องมือ • สนับสนุนโครงการและกิจกรรม PE ในด้านเอกสาร, การทำสรุปและรายงาน

Qualifications

Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree
Experience in manufacturing environment 1-3 years. (Jewelry experience is preferred)
Experience with rapid prototyping techniques and machining technologies is preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in jewelry production
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
ปวช. หรือ ปริญญาตรี
